I had my first experience with the chi machine at the Massage and Healing Center. The Chi Machine is a medical device that manipulates the soft tissue of the body for the purpose of increasing overall comfort by relieving minor muscular pain and discomfort caused by fatigue and overexertion. It is a form of body
massage where one lies on the back. The feet move with the machine in the
figure eight shape. The relaxation starts a reflex breathing action with me. I
start taking deep breathes which adds even more to this feeling of relaxation.
The result is a wonderful feeling of relaxation and release
of muscle tension. This massage is done by blending ancient arts with modern technology to maximize the movement of the body for prompt relief of muscular aches, pains and tension without creating undue stress to the body or additional muscular overexertion.
15 minutes of use of the chi machine is equivalent to walking approximately 90 minutes in terms of bodily oxygenation. Safe - no side effects and no stress on the heart, lungs or vertebrae.
Our medical science is beginning to consider ancient eastern traditions that emphasize healing and good health based on a life force energy which flows in channels through all living forms. Acupuncture and associated therapies are being increasingly used by Western practitioners to stimulate the life-force energy flow to unhealthy organs and thus restore health. The Chinese refer to this energy as Chi. The Chi Machine will aid in unblocking the Chi pathways and ensure a maximum flow of this healing source through all body organs, restoring or improving normal functioning of impaired organs and body systems related to those organs.

I have been going to this place for several years now. Services have been outstanding, the employees and people that go there are great, and the prices are definitely better than most around town. My haircuts are always great and I have had more than one person cut my hair. I also enjoy massages, manicures, pedicures, and recently starting getting facials.
