If youve ever been skeptical about lawyers or seen any of the crooked lawyers on television or movies, this may be the guy who inspired such notions. I attained Mr. Oliveira for a severe injury settlement from a motor vehicle accident and was less than happy with his services. He swore quite unprofessionally, gave me false information, never took my calls or returned messages, and he acted as if he doubted my honesty. He never told me what to expect during the deposition or any of the meetings with the opposing counsel and he performed horribly during arbitration. After winning the case myself and quite a sizable reward, I discovered he made up some false medical bills and paid them out of my portion of the money as well as increasing his fee. I am too discouraged by the legal system to press theft charges or hire yet another law professional to sue him for what he took from me.
