While the staff here is, for the most part, excellent, the supply of sale items is at best spotty. Rain checks are for two items only, and only good for two weeks so they often expire before they can be used.

Recently the lady who was the manager of the meat department was told she had to go to another store, and subsequently resigned. The cuts and supplies of meat were not good when she was off for a few days, and the meat department has definitely suffered since she left.

This is a small local chain that was bought by Kroger but we get none of the better Kroger pricing or promotions, and if any complaints are lodged regarding things that are completely out of the control of the staff like supply shortages, instead of addressing it appropriately by doing something about it Kroger instead penalizes the store manager who is an absolutely wonderful man (and no, we're not related and he didn't pay me to say that!).

PROS: Excellent staff, friendly, helpful, and courteous
CONS: Kroger definitely does not do its part to improve this store!
