Kool Kids Resale Kottage

Not sure what some of these reviewers are looking for in a resale shop, but I just visited this store for the first time today and was very impressed. It was clean and organized, which is more than I can say for most resale shops. The staff was friendly and helpful. I plan to return to shop as well as sell. They had some great brands that are hard to find in our area or are so expensive from a retail shop that I would never buy them. All items were in excellent shape, some new with tags. No cheap brands; only quality clothes.

Kool Kids Resale Kottage is a wonderful place with a caring and helpful staff. They have a great selection of children's clothing in like-new condition at bargain prices.

I have been in here several times. I get more and more frustrated each time. They advertise they buy used clothing, but I have taken in tons of barley worn clothes and they are never accepting these brands or sizes. They are way to small to be so picky. They have too much stuff in there and the prices are a little high. If they would accept some other stuff, they could sell it and get the inventory down. There are a few different people in here that I have talked to, they are pretty nice, which is always good, because good customer service is hard to find.

PROS: Pretty friendly, clean bathroom.
CONS: Way too small and over priced

Kool Kids Kottage is a great place to find like new clothes for your kids. Their prices are reasonable and they usually have a good selection. It's also a good place to bring your kid's outgrown clothes to make a little bit of money. I like this place better than the national chain (Once Upon. . . )

I went in here the other day because someone recommended and I was not impressed. Their selection is small and their products were overpriced. If you like to buy the nice expensive brands for your kiddies then this is the place to go. I on the other hand do not like it.

i have taken items to this consignment store for years... very professional and caring staff. excellent and high end items available for reasonable prices - we will continue to do business with them for years to come

They have nice clothing and toys for kids as well as maternity wear for women.

I have bought several things in the store, but have not been too impressed with the clothing items for boys. They have great
items for girls but need a bit more clothing for boys.

PROS: Nice quality merchandise for the price
CONS: Not enough boys clothing

This is one of my favorite stores. I have found wonderful, brand name items for at least half the price of retail. Many of their items still have store tags on them. All items are clean and in first-rate condition. Upstairs they have a room with nursery items (cribs, bedding, accessories) and another with books, videos and toys that are all clean and come with all their parts. Since there are stairs, the staff was willing to watch my newborn while I went upstairs to look. There is a play area for older children. They boast a wide selection of clothes for children of all ages, even older children. There's even a room with maternity clothes! They seem to be very selective with the items they take in and because of that, have a wonderful selection.

PROS: Great, first-rate quality items. Friendly staff.
CONS: Prices are higher than other resale shops. Stairs, not stroller-friendly.
