Vca Covington Veterinary Hosp

I have been taking my cat to this clinic for 5 years. Only one time in nearly 20 visits did I wait more than 5 minutes. The prices are within reason, it is always spotless, but most of all, I love the way Dr. Helfrich handles and takes care of my cat and makes sure all my questions are answered. She has had to have broken teeth removed, a completely torn ligament in her knee repaired, an infected wound drained, had some respiratory problems, and an intestinal illness of some sort, and he has done wonders with her every time. (She thinks she is a lioness.) The staff are equally pleasant and helpful.

We boarded our dog at this kennel for 5+ years and were always very happy with their service. The facility was always sparkling clean and the staff were friendly and genuinely interested in the animals' wellbeing. Our dog's tail would start wagging as soon as we pulled into the parking lot! The cost was slightly higher than some other kennels, but worth it to us. The vet and his staff were also wonderfully caring and supportive when we had to have one of our beloved ferrets euthanized for health reasons.
