I used this groomer for my small dog. They were okay. They had the dog done on time and he looked neat and clean. Sometimes I felt like they didn't take enough time. My dog was fairly mild mannered and yet sometimes can home with some big cuts on his face. If they take their time, they do a really great job, though.
