Ditmire Judy - Culver Dental Clinic

The Dr. treatment I had when he pulled my tooth a couple of years ago was GREAT - he listened to me - and done what I wanted - he is professional and good, there was no pain & no complications which I love! - I have been a patient of the Culver Dental Clinic from day number one when his predecessor Dr. Thomas Pugh came to Culver in the 1970's - I am the biggest "no fan of dentist and dental care" unless it is absolutely necessary - because of breaking my 2 front teeth out in and upside "v" when about 8 between 1st & 2nd grade and I spent over a year in a dentist chair - ending with the 2 being pulled out another factor no is "no money" now days with the policy of "money in full and up front" it has to be gathered up so till a tooth hurts till I can no longer stand it I suffer it out - my only complaint is of the one office receptionist is that she makes you feel that she is better than your and sets forth the impression that he is better than you are makes you feel that the Clinic is for the very "elite" of Culver not the common everyday person and all you get is "money up front" if no insurance from her - you can not talk to him before hand until treatment is being administered - I have known her for years and to me she is very impersonal, unfriendly puts across an attitude of "uncaring' - and she is another reason I will not go until an absolute must - she make me feel inferior and like an "unwelcome" patient - beyond this I LIKE and RECOMMEND him as a dentist

Although the atmosphere and attitude was great, I was not thrilled on the actual treament of my teeth. Please understand this is coming from someone who doesn't like dentists!
