After dropping Orkin for subpar service, I called Guardian at random from the Yellow Pages. Not only could they set up a quarterly treatment schedule I wanted (Orkin refused,, insisting on an ever-other-month schedule). I've had zero pest issues since signing up with Guardian, their price is reasonable, and the techs cordial and knowledgable.
