The end of last year I changed my vet needs over to Dr Fraizer.
She is caring and really will spend time with you if you need it! She treats every person and their pets like they really matter. I have had 2 pets that have had dentals already this year. I never worry about leaving my beloved pets in her care. Her staff is helpful and VERY loving toward every animal that comes thru the doors. It does get busy at the clinic....but I feel the superior service it worth the short wait. Wait until you see the new reception area and the new exam rooms will opening soon. I did get a peek at the new boarding area and the surgery suite also!!! Looks Great it is a must see.

We have taken our 2 dogs to Caring Hearts since we moved here 2.5 years ago. The clinic literally saved our young lab's life and she is clearly loved by all of the staff there. Dr. Frazier clearly loves what she does and treats her patients accordingly, additionally CH has the most competitive rates. I will be moving soon, and I know I will miss the care that they have provided my animals.

In response to Jill A. and Mary T. We have been to a variety of vets and have never been treated better than at Caring Hearts. We board our dogs there and they even let us pick them up on Sunday when they were not open by meeting us there. The front counter staff is excellent and always courteous even when busy. I have been a customer service manager for years and i didn't notice anything to complain about while at the clinic or on the phone with the staff. I think Jill A. had a communication problem and probably was frustrated. I'm confused from just reading her comment and then it showing a five star rating and she never made it into the clinic? I don't think we are getting the whole story here.

I am responding to Jill A--- I noticed that you said you didn't actually see Dr. Frazier and it's my feeling that if you had, you would feel differently about your experience. She is a wonderful vet. As for your experience with the receptionist, I really can't imagine why you might think they are rude. They are busy, but I have always been able to get an appt in a timely fashion. Being busy and having so many clients is another indication that they do a great job. I must say that I have only had good experiences working with the staff. I will be taking my animals to Caring Hearts and recommend them to anyone who wants a vet that cares!

My husband and I take our cats to Caring Hearts, and they are just that, caring hearts. They always call to follow up on their treatment, just to see how they are doing. We love them.

I have cancelled my appointment due to their shortness and rudeness! This clinic should take a closer look at their staff! I haven't even made it in but have spoke to them 3 times on the phone just making an appointment and trying to get shot records to them. I will not be back. I pay a lot of money at the Vets and do need attitude in return.

I started going here when I adopted 2 greyhounds. The vet and the staff are friendly and even remember our names!
They have competitive prices and top notch services.
You can take your loved ones here without a worry.
Plenty of parking available too!

The previous review from a Mary T is incorrect. Caring Hearts Vet clinic on maple is a woman vet whom does know current problems and treatments!! I think you are mistaken for a different clinic.

he is a good vet and has been in pratice for a long time. Although not up to date on current treatment. Do feel that he loves animails though and if you live in this area he is okay. But for advance treatment go somewhere else.
