I regret ever shopping here, I'm not coming back ever. Store manager Crystal Davies happened to help me because other employees were busy chatting with other customers. I also had to wait an hour for her to start helping me. When she helped me, it was like she was thinking about something else the whole time. She gave me the wrong spark plugs for my car and on top of it all one plug had already been used!!! I returned the parts and went to O'reilly where i got perfect service.

Worst experience ever. First of all I got treated with no respect at all by employee who didn't know what I wanted. I talked to the store manager (Crystal Davies) and she didn't know what decision to make and treated me just like her employee. I was also offered a bunch of junk I didn't even need. I am a hard working american. Paying $1,000.00 for a BRAND NEW MOTOR from Autozone. The worse motor i ever bought. They replaced it due to the fact that 6 months after buying it it blew up. Then 6 months later the next one runs into problems. They send it to there machnic and guess what...He wrecks my truck and replaces the motor in the truck with a used one. Not the the new one they sent. Trying to straighten it out was a 4 month process. Yes 4 month process. I had to buy another car to drive during this time. So needless to say... It never got fixed right and I paid Autozone $1,000.00 for a 6 month job. Oh yeah.. After 12 month the warranty is no good. So since they took 4 months sorting details guess what...The WARRANTY WAS OVER...

Autozone is the best and cheapest (but quality) parts store in town. They have a very friendly staff who will listen to their customers and try to help solve the problem in any manner possible.
PROS: friendly staff, knowledgeable, quality parts, low prices
