whole different experience since Tim sold his shop.They mysteriously couldn't balance my used tires I bought and wanted me to buy from their shop.Tim would of balanced my used tires .The owners are different.
We've used Tim's Tire Center since we bought a house around the corner from there 20 years ago. They are fast, afforable, and very honest. They always get us in immediately and have us back on the road the same day. Will continue to recommend them to my friends!
We have used Tim's Tires for our three vehicles during the past five years. They have consistently displayed excellent customer service and prices. Honest business.
WOW!!! I felt like I was back home in a very small town where I grew up when I was told "you bought those tires from us, so there is no charge to repair your flat". It's great to know that a business appreciates their returning customers. I first dropped off the flat tire and was told it would be 45 minutes until it would be done. Returned in 45 minutes, I was asked if I wanted the tire put back on the car ? There were several people waiting for their cars to be done at the same time, he took my keys and returned in about 10 minutes and said you're ready to go, NO CHARGE.
I have never known this business to be too busy to help when you need something done. I have come at the last minute on a Saturday morning and the guys will still take the time to reapir my tire and get me back on the road. It always seems that when I need help, it is at the last minute, so I really appreciate the fact that they bend over backwards to help.

We have all of our vehicles serviced at Tim's. We went to see them today becuase my husbands vehicle was acting weird. They charged our battery while we were not there and even told us the best place to get the mechanical problem fixed!!!! Wow charging our battery while we were not even there!!!This company treats you like family!!!!! We will NEVER go any where else!!!! THEY HAVE THE BEST PRICES AND SERVICE IN TOWN!!!!!!

Pros: Best prices / best customer service / know the products
The owner is super friendly and so are the rest of his crew. They found my tires for $100.00 cheaper than anyone else could and they mounted and balanced them. It's hard to get a good set of performance tires for less than 700 bucks, they did it for 500. My car never drove better and I couldn't be happier with them. These guys definitely know how to run a business. Forget tires plus and those bigger stores, they'll waste your time and not even deliver on their promises half the time. I don't plan on going anywhere else as long as I live in KC.
