I have been seeing Dr. Frankel for my allergies since 1996. He is knowledgeable and easy to talk with. I like him and feel very comfortable with the care I get from him and the interest he shows. My experience with the support staff and injection clinic has been good - they are professional and generally pleasant. The few I have encountered who were not exactly warm and fuzzy still gave me good care. I have recommended Dr. Frankel several times and have always had good feedback. Give these folks a chance.

Dr. Goldstein's clinical skills are fine, but both he and his staff exhibit a lack of caring for their patients and a poor bedside manner. Exam rooms are cold, and gowns are tiny, leaving patients to shiver until a grumpy nurse comes along to interrogate them. When my session with Dr. Goldstein landed me in the local emergency room, he couldn't even be bothered to return my calls. Not recommended.
