R D Mann Carpet

They installed my entire house of carpet and only toe kicked it in. I now know they should have power stretched it. After 1 1/2 years it all started waving like the flag. They would not fix it. I found them horrible to deal with. I can see why they go by several names so they can still find some business after they ruin one good name, they move on to a new business name. I believe they function under R D Mann, McIntyre Mann and now Carpet One. Buyer beware!

They also installed all my tilework. It took their tile people 6 weeks to complete the tile work and the quality was very poor. No, exceedingly poor.

They did have a superior crew doing the hardwood floors and that work was excellent and timely.
