I bought my home through Malson. The realator was very helpful with showing me the home whenever I wanted to walk through it. They handled all of the communication with the seller. The realator even sent me a gift card after the closing in thanks for the purchase.

Malson Real Estate has a very good reputation for home sales in Chanute. They list many homes for sale every year. Their agents are on call at all times so that you can tour homes for sale when it is best for you. They are very helpful to the buyer in making sure that the sale goes smoothly. The agents definately know their buisness.
