Safelite Auto Glass

I was just in Kansas City, MO. for business and had my truck broken into. I had the most awful experience with safelite auto. The window did not get replaced due to the incompentence of the company. It was the weekend and the technician obviously did not want to work anymore and left me stranded without a window in the drives side door. I tried to deal with Brad Pollinko and Wes Cook and they did not help in any way. To my understanding Wes Cook is the General Manager. There was no offer of compensation what so ever. I ended up having to drive 5 and a half hours home with no window.

My window was recently busted out and I found this place to replace it. They offer excellent service and even come out to your home to do the job. I was very pleased with how friendly and fast they were. Also they are very inexpensive for the wonderful job they do.
