I had the most awful experience with safelite auto. The window did not get replaced due to the incompentence of the company. It was the weekend and the technician obviously did not want to work anymore and left me stranded without a window in the drives side door. I tried to deal with Brad Pollinko and Wes Cook and they did not help in any way. To my understanding Wes Cook is the General Manager. There was no offer of compensation what so ever. They offer excellent service and even come out to your home to do the job. I was very pleased with how friendly and fast they were.
