Dressler's Dog & Horse Supply

We use to think that Dressler's was the best but NOT anymore! After about 30 years of buying things for our pets there Today was our LAST TIME THERE EVER!!! Today my husband went there to get shampoo and Dog biscuts for our dogs. When he got them home he opened the dog biscuts and they were crawling full of bugs. He took them back and was told by the owner "We don't do refunds. Take them home and put them in the freezer and it will kill the bugs/worms." He told her that he would NOT feed that to his dogs and she said well you don't get your money back. He left them sitting on the counter and left. How many people out there would feed your pets something crawling with bugs/worms!! NOT US! and NOT our friend who have pets. If we won't eat worms or bugs then our pets WON'T either! So now instead of refering people we will DISCOURAGE THEM TO SHOP THERE! And after telling them about how they do not stand behind there worm infested foods that they sell and how they expect you to feed it to your animals they will not even want to go near the place!!!

they have the best assortment of pet supplies and the best prices in town. we looked everywhere for bark collars for our dogs and invisible fence, we found it here for the best price and got the best advice altogether. great people!
