This was a refrigerator repair: they didn't have the part, couldn't get the part, put me on "neverending hold" when I tried to find out what was going on and the repair guy couldn't get out quickly when the part finally arrived. They gave me on deal for my trouble/lack of refrigerator.

Home Appliance in Downtown Chanute is the only non-nation chain applicance store left in the area. They offer high quality products and they service what they sale. They offer very timely delivery and set up of your newly puchased appliance. There is not a huge selection and the prices are not discounted, but they are a good buisness to buy from.
