Tatsus is a cozy little gem tucked away in Prairie Village. The ambiance is quiet and romantic, and the food is traditional and well prepared. I particularly like the carrot soup. In addition to their regular menu, they offer specials to highlight seasonal ingredients. This is a great restaurant for Valentine's Day or an anniversary, but make your reservations early -- they can fill up fast.
