Shawnee Mission Ford Inc

I recently bought a used vehicle from Shawnee Mission Ford, I have only had it for 3 weeks. During those 3 weeks I have had to take it back to them for repair 3 different times. They have promised me the vehicle is fixed each time, and it wasn't. Now I have to take it back up there again, because it is still not running right. The transmission will not shift out of 2nd gear without jerking the whole car, it keeps overheating, you can smell exhaust fumes in the car, the car stalls when you slow down, and now the car won't downshift without jerking the whole car either. I am so tired of playing games. I don't understand why they just won't fix it. Well, now I think I am just going to give it back to them and they can figure out what to do with it. I can't believe they sold me a lemon. Oh, yeah, apparently I am not the only one who has complained about these things(and others), I have read some reports today ( 4-9-06) on Shawneee Mission Ford, about them ripping people off and selling them lemons, this is not right.
I am very, very, very dissatisfied!!!

After our wreck, it took almost a month to get the car fixed so that it was driveable. They replaced a windshield that was fine(their admission) when we took it there. We had to return 4 times to finish fixing things. The last time they called after 2 days to tell me it was done, when I got there it had not even been looked at. They made me wait 30 minutes while they "fixed" it. Very disappointed!!!
