Not impressed with the quality of work done, especially for the prices. The staff seemed cold and distant and I didn't feel welcomed there at all. I also don't like the exam room set up. I didn't get to talk to the vet, just to the technicians. I was disappointed with the services received here.

I LOVE Heartland Veterinary Hospital in E-Town. If you write bad reviews about something, Imagine how hard it is to run that buisness. My Father owns Heartland Verterinary Hospital all over KY. Danville, and Bowling Green.

Very poor communicating Process, never call when told that you will be notified concerning adoption application, the so called check the block process is a farces another who you know system, lack of consideration as far how many other applicants there are for a given animal being adopted.
