I have had the worst experience of my life with this office. I was lied to about the charges and the service was horrible. Dr Moore (and calling him a Dr is a stretch) has the worst bedside manners of anyone I have ever met. I would not let this office even do work on my pet. Dr Moore goes around trying to put himself off as a christian but he is far from being one. Don't fall for his silver tongue techniques. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this office.

We strive to provide the highest quality care and patient service. I stand completely behind my care and that provided by my associates and staff. If anyone is unhappy with anything I will make it right. It should be understood that the poor review listed is from an independent contractor (Lab Tech) that worked in my office. He was told fees for services could be worked around as a result of our desire to make sure that the much neglected oral health of these children could be met. Subsequently no payment was ever made and yet we get the poor review. Seems unfair to me!

Took my kids to this office after asking about and confirming that they took my type of insurance. Had the initial x-rays done and after the appt. asked when I could set up another appt. to have some cavities filled and other procedures done. That is when they told me that they didn't accept my insurance any longer. What? They charged me 400 dollars that insurance would've covered but I had to pay out of my pocket. I would have never taken my children there in the first place if I would have know that I would be charged 400 dollars. That is why I have insurance. They told me that was ''standard procedure'' even though it was their mistake. No sorry whatsoever! No reduction in their ''standard procedure'' even if they were wrong and it was their mistake to begin with. I would not recommend this office at all because of their incompetance.

Dr. Shawn Moore and his staff of dental assistants are awesome! They are well-trained, very experienced, and up-to-date on the latest dental techniques. They have a knack for making you feel at ease and reducing the fear that typically accompanies any dental visit. They're office is also in a convenient location near Hurstbourne & Taylorsville Rd. I highly recommend this dentist!
