I don't have the best credit, or the best Trade In. But Shawn McGreevy my sales agent went out of his way. Way Way out of his way to give me the best car buying experience I have ever had, and I have had a lot of them. He is a friendly, super knowledgeable sales agent, and I am so happy that I had him to help me through my car buying experience. He even went out of his way and helped me on his day off from home. He responded to all of my questions and concerns immediately, there was no waiting around for answers. He worked fast and sent me home in my new car within hours of me showing up to test drive it. I would recommend sending everyone I know to see him at Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence, even my own mother and children. Thank you Shawn, I will PAY IT FORWARD!

I have never enjoyed the car buying experience, it was as bad as going to the dentist. However, I had a great new car experience at Jeff Wyler Honda. I initially set out to just look and compare vehicles. I had very specific color restrictions, size limits, and other specifications that I was looking for in a vehicle. Chad was respectful to my specifications and didn't try to push anything I wasn't interested in. He was very a smooth salesperson and very knowledgeable about all the vehicles he showed me. This helped me to fall in love with the exact vehicle I was looking for within a very brief moment. He guided me directly to the car of my dreams and calmed any fears I had of the variety of new gadgets that come standard with the Honda CRV. He calmly explained how to use all the gadgets on steering wheel, radio, phone connection, and especially the rearview camera. I didn't think I would like all these gadgets, but after the test drive, I was hooked and fell in love with the rearview camera. Chad took the time to show me everything about the Honda CRV despite that the store was near closing hours. I loved the Mountain Metallic color of the CRV, and the AWD was a plus , along with the Econ Boost. Throughout the negotiation process, Chad respected my financial limits, and a deal was closed in a relatively short time. Usually closing a deal can feel like the dentist pulling teeth But Chad didn't made the buying experience GREAT. Again, I came only to look and test vehicles, but Chad made finding the right vehicle, demonstrating all the aspects and benefits of the vehicle with patience, and a smooth transaction process within our financial limits helped to make buying a new car EASY and FUN. All this was done near closing time and we weren't finished till after closing, yet Chad never rushed us to close the doors, even when we offered to return the next day to finish closing the deal. I never felt like I was being rushed or pushed into something I would regret. This is the first time that I actually ENJOYED buying a new car. I LOVE my NEW HONDA CRV - AWD and I am so grateful to our salesperson, Chad Jasper and all the other employees of Jeff Wyler HONDA that I have met. Everyone is so friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable.

I am so pleased with the service I received at Jeff Wyler Honda Florence. Before I went I had narrowed my new car choices to a CRV or a Kia Sportage. I stopped at Honda first. Chad Jasper greeted us outside. Right away he struck me as friendly and genuine, not at all like the "car salesman vulture" image that my mind envisions. I told Chad what I was looking for and asked a few questions about Honda, and he really sold me on the brand with his knowledge and brand loyalty. I felt comfortable talking with him and not at all pressured. After he pointed out key features of the CRV, he handed me the key and we took a nice test drive. At that point, I didn't even care to go to Kia. Mike Ingram worked hard to get us the financing we needed and I got to bring my new ride home! I was planning on being out shopping all day, but the employees took such great care of me and never made me feel like I wasn't going to get the car I wanted. They were very understanding of my situation and made me feel like I was worth their time. I was extremely worried about going out shopping for a new car, but the guys at Honda made it stress free and worked very hard to get me the best deal that they could! I will tell everyone about my experience here and I will continue to shop for cars at Jeff Wyler Honda.

Car shopping is usually an unpleasant experience, except occasionally you find a sales person and dealership with exceptional sales skills to provide the necessary information, but not apply high pressure to the customer to close a deal. There were 6 or 7 Honda dealers within 50 miles that I could have visited but decided to buy from Jeff Wyler Honda because of the sales team. We had visited 4 other dealers of Fords and Toyotas with a lot of valuable time wasted in the process. In the final negotiations on net price Marty worked with us to arrive at a win/win price on our new Honda. I always do my homework and I am a tough negotiator. Most of our contact was with email and the sales team was very responsive. At no time during the process were we ever pressured to hurry up and make a decision. We just love our new Honda. My wife is very particular about the comfort of the passenger seat. The Honda was the best in that department after testing out Fords and Toyota. This dealer will get all of my service business in the future as I can already tell they run a first class operation. I took the new Honda back to the dealer to have the Door edge guards installed and I swear the service department floor was so clean you could almost eat off it. Jeff Wyler has certainly earned my business.

I recently purchased a used CRV from Chris at Jeff Wyler Honda of Florence. He managed to take one of my least favorite experiences in life and turn it into something I actually enjoyed. (He even created a rainbow to top off the car buying experience!) From the initial contact to the handing over of the keys everyone that I contacted at the dealership was amazing. Chris found out my budget, needs and wants and searched the inventory for me allowing me to show up a few days later and test drive. It was like having a personal car shopper. The whole experience was laid back, and pressure free.
When it came to signing all of the documents David was a lot of fun. He was easy to talk to and joke with and made the tedious task of signing over and over not so bad. He also did not throw a fit or raise my payment when I informed him that I was taking his pen!
I could not imagine a better car buying experience. I seriously felt like I was the only client that they were working for when I was there. I cannot stress enough how nice and helpful everyone that I came in contact with was. I will for sure be a customer for life with them, and probably a Honda owner for life. I love telling people what a great experience I had with the dealership and to ALWAYS work with the internet sales team!

I found the car I wanted and returned the next day to make a purchase. Dylan Noble is terrific...makes you feel like you're working with family. She instills a sense of trust and is consistently friendly. She actually listens and comprehends what I'm trying to relay. That level of customer service is very hard to come by these days. I intend to keep my Honda Element until...well, until it's finish driving me. At that point, you can rest assured that I will return to Jeff Wyler Honda Florence for me next new car.

We were looking for a car to replace my daughters totaled Toyota. Because she had only the insurance proceeds to purchase with, we were pretty limited. My daughter found this car on the internet, called and made a deal with Brenda, who really worked hard to not only get the car to my daughters price, but also to hold the car until we could get there the next day. This is our second Jeff Wyler purchase, and I will make it a point to shop with them from now on. You often hear the overused phrase about a certain "culture". In my opinion, the Jeff Wyler "culture" is one of honesty, integrity, and fairness. Brenda really went the extra mile for my daughter, and I can promise that we will always highly recommend Jeff Wyler dealerships, and our saleswoman Brenda Williams.

I would use this dealer again. Chris Reinhart is a very nice guy and seemed very knowledgeable about the vehicle (Accord) I was looking at. I especially appreciated that the one time I asked a question he didn't know the answer to, he stated that right up front and then got the answer, rather than trying to "BS" me. No pressure tactics at all from Chris, which was great.

Dan Hollenkamp is the floor mgr and the one who approves the deals. I had done my homework and had prices from other dealers. Eventually they matched a great price I had from OH, but I had to walk out once and come back another day before he would do that.

Kathryn Collier did a great job assisting Chris in closing the deal and explaining the rather complicated electronics features of the car to my wife.

One person not listed as an employee to rate above is Don Smith, the Finance Mgr. He was extremely pleasant and offered us the "upsells" he is supposed to (extended warranty, etc) without being overly aggressive about it. Very nice man.

All of these people were very friendly and professional at all times. It was a positive experience and we got the car we wanted at a great price. Isn't that what it's all about?

I would use this dealer again. Chris Reinhart is a very nice guy and seemed very knowledgeable about the vehicle (Accord) I was looking at. I especially appreciated that the one time I asked a question he didn't know the answer to, he stated that right up front and then got the answer, rather than trying to "BS" me. No pressure tactics at all from Chris, which was great.

Dan Hollenkamp is the floor mgr and the one who approves the deals. I had done my homework and had prices from other dealers. Eventually they matched a great price I had from OH, but I had to walk out once and come back another day before he would do that.

Kathryn Collier did a great job assisting Chris in closing the deal and explaining the rather complicated electronics features of the car to my wife.

One person not listed as an employee to rate above is Don Smith, the Finance Mgr. He was extremely pleasant and offered us the "upsells" he is supposed to (extended warranty, etc) without being overly aggressive about it. Very nice man.

All of these people were very friendly and professional at all times. It was a positive experience and we got the car we wanted at a great price. Isn't that what it's all about?

I took my car into Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence recently to have my Civic looked at. In the past I used another dealership in Ohio where I had purchased my car but since this service seemed urgent, I chose to go local for once. I set-up my appointment online the day before and was able to get into the dealership for service the next day at lunch time with no issues. My car was finished about 3 hours later and ready for pick-up. Given what needed to be done, this was very timely. They called me before the service was done and gave me an honest opinion on what needed to be done and what didn't. Having the service done next day was great.

Dylan was very friendly and kept in touch through the whole process. She took the time during my pick-up to explain in detail what was done and to go over other various things (maintenance intervals, warranties, etc.). It was a very personable experience. I will be back!!!

Hey, this is really the place to by a new car or truck. While it was a 30 minute drive to get there is was well worth the drive. Pete was extremely friendly and helpful, getting us into the truck we wanted at the price we needed without any hasseling. Finance was a great expereince also, the price was the prices with no hidden fees or additional cost. By far and away this is the best truck buying experience I have had. I got prices from every Honda dealership in greater Cincinnati area and Wyler was the lowest. This isn't why we purchased from them though. It was the way they treat their customers. They respect your time and they don't insult your intelligence like the other dealers do. We were quoted a price and that is what we paid. Everything disclosed, no suprises. I would have paid a few hundred more for that type of service! I'm just glad I didn't have to.

From my first contact with the internet department where I got a great price and all the information I needed to pick the car I wanted, thru the rapid and non-pressured finance process, to the actual delivery of the car which was in perfect condition and full of gas... I could find nothing to prevent me from being thrilled with my new car. I honestly can and will recommend the dealership to all my friends and family.

His boss gave me monthly payment figures INCLUDING tax, title, etc. before they even called any banks. They tried multiple banks, and I even got them to try my own personal bank. Unfortunately, I'm only 20 and no one wants to give me a loan without a co-signer (even though my credit score is 670).

I drove home very upset, but only because they gave me the best customer service I've received anywhere in my entire life. When my credit is a little higher, it is very likely I will go back there and I recommend them to all looking for a good deal, especially on used cars.

It is possible the other reviewer was just in a wrong place, wrong time situation.

Or maybe everyone should just ask for Greg Burton.
