Do I even have to give one star!!! That is totally unfair! This is a sorry excuse for a cleaners. The office staff does not know what they are doing. I came in to get patches sown on a military uniform and they sent it to a seamstress, first of all we left the old uniform there for them to compare, but the staff refused to take it for an example and then messed the instructions completely. then they went on to blame the seamstress, though I do believe that you can find examples of any type of uniform online so that to me would be a sorry excuse. So when I came to pick if up they still charged me full price for the job. To top it off, they even blamed the wrong seamstress and instead of dealing with the problem they gave me the phone number to call the seamstress myself, when they should have just taken charge and dealt with it... I will never go back there, it was just completely unprofessional and I would never want to deal with that again!!!

Hart's Laundry and Dry cleaning is an excellent dry cleaners. The work they do there is outstanding and so is the service. When I took my laundry there it turned out so well it seemed bran new! When I took a jacket that needed to be dry cleaned after it was done it looked better than my laundry!! I was shocked on what a great job they did! I would definitely recommend Hart's for anyone who needs dry cleaning or laundry done.

I have taken my clothes here on several occasions (shouldn't have). The first time I took them here, they ruined a shirt (had black on it once I picked it up), the second time they had a button fall off and told me that it wasn't there to begin with (which I know it was), and now I took them a $200 dress that they returned with black all over it. Needless too say, Im finished with second chances and want to recommend that no one take their clothing here. In addition, they have very expensive prices compared to where I now take my drycleaning (which returns it in perfect condition). I am not normally one to complain about service (EVER), but this has been absolutely terrible. Please consider this when chosing a dry cleaning service.
