Where to start?? This is the most nasty, germ-filled, uncaring place that I have ever been in. Not only are the residents treated badly the employees are too. I've witnessed patient's bed soaked with their own urine/feces. Yet no one (but a few Nurse Aides) cared enough to see that it was taken care of. I've witnessed the KMA's (one heavier red-head in particular) stealing the food from resident's trays to selfishly feed herself. This same Medication Aide also distributed meds to people other than whom they were supposed to go to. God only knows what it was. I have heard gossip around every corner, misused seniority, and vuler language. I've overheard one medication aide discussing a nurse aide's personal life to another nurse aide and many onlookers as well. Something needs to be done about this place so many in need call home. I recommend that the doors be closed and never re-opened. If this is the best that we have Hell would be better.

The irony of it all.....the prep work for the state's evaluation is simply ridiculous!!! The strong hand is basicly passed down to the "LOUDEST-MOUTH" Their technique of motivation is forceful harsh terms and irrational demands. Please don't take your family members to this place of horror. Their food will be stolen before it gets to their rooms, their medication given to others, and to make matters worse they'll have to listen to vulger language and gossip most of the day. Please this is purely HELL ON EARTH!!!

After a brief experience with this place, I wouldn't send my dog to live there. From the outside it looks nice. The staff appears friendly, and some of them truly are. But, appearances are not everything. Many residents are treated badly, they are neglected and mishandled. A few aids and nurses break a few laws. Its a horrible place when you really see whats going on.
