Swayne On Main

I have had the same hair style for the past five plus years through three salons, and was having problems with my color. As the grey grew, the color treatments became more frequent and intense, to the point where my scalp was burned and irritated. I was desperate to be rescued when a total stranger recommended Kevin. Talk about serendipity! He is a true visionary. He's the only person I've met who can analyze the hair AND the person and come up with something terrific. Wish I had found out about this genius years ago. I have had 100% positive response from everyone. Not to mention it never hurts to hear that I look younger and fresher.

Not only is Kevin a super star, he makes his customers feel like super stars, too. If you are looking for someone who is talented and current, Kevin Swayne is your guy. When you walk through the doors of Swayne On Main you will be met with music, smiling faces and an ever changing art gallery. There is always plenty of conversation and laughter in Kevins laid back shop which makes it easy for you to relax and chat with other clients. Going to Swayne On Main is a total experience that you won't soon forget. Don't leave without trying the hand poured soy candles...you'll be running back to Swayne On Main for those, too.

Although in MOST parts of my life I am a very relaxed and easy-going person, when it comes to my hair I have some pretty specific ideas about how I want it to look. Kevin has been cutting my hair precisely for over 15 years. He has always been open to my "new" ideas and able to deliver a precise and very awesome haircut each time. I hope Kevin is still cutting hair 40 years from now : )

Kevin is really talented for men's hair, too. Although he stays pretty busy, he can fit me in when I need a haircut. His shop is easy to find and he's definitely worth the drive if you're out of town.

If there was ever a true artist when it comes to hair, Kevin Swayne is the best in THE COUNTRY, not just northern Ky. I can successfully say this because I have worked in and, have had services in top salons across the United States. Being an educator for an elitefrench hair care company, I feel like I am well qualified to write thisreview. His eye for color and cutting techniques are like watching Picasso work.What the general public doesn't understand is that this a truly artistic industry, not everyone, even though licensed ,hasthe talent to do what he does.He takes in everything about you andcreates a LOOK, not just a style, which unfortunately,most stylist can't do.Yes, they teach you the fundamentals in beauty school but, where one takes that to the next level, is the hallmark of your true talent.I urge anyone reading this review to book an apt.with him for your next salon service.I drive all the way from Louisville,Ky.and would even drive to Chicago just to have him do my cut & color if I had to.His prices are unbelievably.In any major city he could command high top dollar for his skills.I hope you let him create you to,

Swayne on Main is an excellent gem of a hair salon tucked away in the Main Strasse Village area of Covington. You can get a high-quality hair cut or color without having to visit one of the mega-salons in Cincinnati. The stylists are all very well trained and have up to date knowledge on the latest styles. Pricing is average. Parking on the street only.
