Computer Packaging

This isn't really against the Office Max store in Hamburg. However, it is a review against the packaging of computers that you order from Office Max. I ordered a computer from Office Max that was advertised last Saturday. The computer was not in stock at either location nor had it been in stock. I had to order the computer. The computer arrived on Thursday and the top of the box was badly dented in so I thought that the computer would be damaged. The computer was inside a much larger box with no packing in between the boxes. Therefore, the computer was thrown around inside the large box.

I have tried to contact the ordering department by email. The customer service is not web friendly on the website.

I would not recommend ordering a computer from Office Max.
