Wagner William - Family Health Ctr

I love my doctor at the FHC. Sometimes it takes longer to be seen, but the providers actually spend time with you - listen - and try to help. I like that I can get my labs, xray, prescriptions and everything in one place. Even though the pharmacy may take awhile, I have never been able to drive to a chain pharmacy and get my meds in less than an hour anyway. I think the staff is great and especially their new health educator - there are alot of exciting things going on there!

I dont care much for the other review, that person expects way to much out of that clinic. you have to understand that the patients don't cooperate like the should, so it makes it harder for staff to do their work, which makes it slower.my mother has been there almost 15 year so I have been there almost all my life. I know haw hard it is to work there. I just think you should look at it from their side, my mother comes home every night upset because someone has been rude,and mean, I have been there alot so I understand. I think its a great place with great people

When ever you go there you wait and wait to be seen. Also they are rude to you at times. When you get back there it takes forever to get out. Then they give you prescriptions and then that takes 1 hour to get filled.,
