We purchased something that never came and they never let us know it did not come. Each time we called there was a excuse as to why it wasn't there and a reassuracne that the item would be there in the next two days. The item never came and when we finally went in to cancel our order the gnetleman told us that over half of his other orders had been cancelled as well. We attempted to purchase a small table and it never arrived after it was ordered. There were always reasonable excuses when we called but they never called us to explain.
