Derby City Antique Mall & Cafe

I've shopped a lot of antique malls, but this has to be one of the very best. If you compare item for item, and price for price of other antique malls in the area, Derby City is tops. Unbeatable prices and the nicest staff of all. The mall is clean and a charming place to search for that perfect piece to compliment or complete your decor. There are three floors full of furniture and accessories to keep you busy shopping and a lovely coffee shop on the lower level where you can enjoy a nice lunch or dessert and beverage while you relax.
Located in Buechel, near Hikes Point. Do yourself a favor and check it out. You'll be glad you did!

Derby City Antique Mall has a large collection of antiques for sell. This place is huge, so make sure you have a lot of time to look around. I think some of the prices are much too high, but then these are antiques. This place is located off Bardstown Road, close to the Buechel Business District. The building was a middle school, but was remodeled to become this antique mall that has many dealers and booths. There is a cafe located in this building that serves good food. The cafe closes early (3:00p.m.), so make sure you have time to try it. There is plenty of parking right in front of the building. The people working there seemed to be pleasant.

I am an antique fanatic and this is my paradise. I couldn't believe the amount of antiques they had. I found an item that I swear I just dreamt about. The smell is a little antiquey, but that comes with the territory. I felt very relaxed and didn't feel "spied" on by the staff. The place is soo big, browsing is fun. I spent a while there and wanted to buy everything. The prices weren't that bad for an antique store.

This neat little Mall is located in Beuchel in an old school. If you are one who loves to visit Antique Malls then you are in for a pleasant surprise. Be sure you are in comfortable shoes because this Mall has 3 floors filled to the limit with everything imagineable. Also tucked a way in the basement is a very nice little cafe for those who get hungry while shopping or want to plan a meeting there. So if you ever want to spend a day with nothing to do then this is the place to be.
