I've eaten at El Rodeo (and it's closely-related neighbor Los Nopales) several times and I thoroughly enjoy the food. It is inexpensive and I can fill up on well under $10. The servers are always courteous and the food is brought out fast. The restaurant is also very spacious and comfortable.
