john bridges, sold my mother a vinyl shower surround. the old surround had grab-bars,which she asked john if 'PRIMAX' could put them back on the new surround since they are necessary for her and my father (dad is in his 80's). john said, yes
they could install the grab bars. my mother wrote john a check in full for the job,at his suggestion.weeks later when they came to do the installation, they put the grab-bars up with plastic-
anchors ! which will fail in a short amount of time being used daily by my mom & dad.
i called john to explain that the grab-bars aren't installed correctly, explaining that the plastic-sheild
type anchors are dangerous for installing grab-bars.
john's response was, well your mother didn't pay for having them installed and he was going FAR AND
BEYOND HIS DUTY by installing them with plastic-
anchors ! then quickly called my mother to tell her to look at the fine print of the contract, where it says
not responsible for grab-bars. mom was shocked in the change of john bridges. PRIMAX got their money, and i have to fix there work.

The representative was extremely personable - explained everything including the price. The installers were very fast and efficient and even swept the floor when they were through. I couldn't ask for more professionalism or better service.

They did a wonderful job of matching our added window to the homes existing window, in trim and proportion. They even mitered the corner trim. Very pleased
