Bonefish Grill

My wife and I went there for her birthday. We had drinks, soups, salads, and scallops and Talipia for dinner. Everything was wonderful, well prepared and well thought out. Our service was excellent; our waiter was professional waiter, not some kid working his way though college texting his friends while our food gets cold. He was the kind of waiter you expect to see in a higher class restaurant like that, but sometimes, sadly, you get the latter. My wife is no fan of spicy food; we asked him how spicy their signature shrimp was, and he said pretty darn spicy. We got the soup and salad, which were both very good, and he gained two good customers by being honest.

It also gets a good rating on the Tessio scale (good food, everybody minds his business). I give it 4 stars out of five.
