Z Salon

WOW - I was visiting my daughter in Louisville, Sept. and tried the Z Salon. I'm coming back in Nov and can't wait to make another appointment. Had the most incredible aromatherapy massage. My technician was the best I've had in years!

I have always had great service in all department at Z's Salon. I have had several haircuts and colors, massages, and facials. Overall I loved my previous experiences there but had to find a cheaper place to go.My only complaint is that it can be difficult to get an appointment at specific times.

Z is a fairly good place, but it's not as great as it's made out to be. I've been several times now and my hair cuts have been OK, but I've never gotten a fabulous cut or anything like that.

It's difficult to get an appointment, and they tend to forget that I've scheduled an eyebrow wax and I have to wait a long time while they squeeze me in. They are supposed to provide you with a free mini-service with your cut and style, but most of the time they don't offer it or act like it's such a hassle to do.

I like to go to a nicer salon, but it has to have something that justifies spending extra money. The people at the front desk are always nice, but the stylists usually seem to just be snobby.

I'm off to find a different salon that provides excellent service without the pretension.

I have not used the spa services so I cannot comment on them one way or the other.
