I agree! They are SO unprofessional! The owner wouldn't even return a call, they never showed up and didn't call,(too wet they said),and they didn't seem to want my business-a cedar, privacy fence. I have rarely encountered such bad service!

This company is rude to potential customers and refuses to call anyone back. They made a mistake and did not show up for an estimate. They refused to call me back or admit their mistake. The owner/manager himself refused to call me back. I finally spoke with his wife who acted as if she had no concern that the company just lost a future sale. I refuse to spend my money in this economy on a company who doesn't feel as though my business is important to them.

they refuse to answer your phone calls, and will never admit they have made a mistake. the owner is a very rude person, and doesn't mind talking nasty to people.\r
i wish i knew it was going to be this much trouble, before i dealt with this terrible company.It will never happen again.

Had the worst time with this fence company. They are very rude, no customer service, and wasted my time for three days. The owner called me on the phone to tell me how I wasted his time and how I was a problem after they canceled on my three times. Twice of which was just a no show and no phone call stated that they weren't going to come out.

Pros: None!!!!

Cons: No customer service & Owner is very rude. Came with no tool
