Shane's has the best crawfish I have ever had. I am not from Shreveport, so when I was in town for a week a while back, I ended up eating Shane's every day I was in town. Their Crawfish is incredible. I can't really comment on much else, since that is all I kept eating. I did also try their smoothies which were excellent.
