This place is terrible... picked up my 'bathed' dog and he smelled like urine. His hair was matted to his skin and had patches missing. He wouldn't eat for days after I brought him home and he kept having diarrhea. They clearly had not fed him his own food nor had they taken him outside to use the bathroom. After taking him to the vet for his missing hair and eating problems he was diagnosed with Sarcoptic mange...never take your animal to this establishment...unless you want to put your babies in harms way..

Boarded my dogs for a little over a week and paid for baths. they smelled like urine when I picked them up. In the end, I ended up washing one of them

I bring my pets (dog and cat) all of the time to The Petz Plaza! They have a very friendly staff and nice establishment. From my experiences I have never been unsatisfied with any of their services. I love them!

We paid extra for my large, inside dog to have a "suite" where he would not feel confined while we were on vacation. Our dog is like a child to us. When I asked to view the area, I was told that we were not allowed past the lobby. I feel that if I'm going to pay over $200 for a place to keep my dog for a week, I should be able to view what I'm paying for.

We recently boarded our dog at Pets Plaza for two days when we went out of town. We paid extra money to have "paw time" (where the dog is removed from the kennel and played with by a technician) and to have the dog bathed and his nails clipped. When we arrived the day to pick him up at the time they told us to arrive, the technicians said that he wasn't ready and that we needed to wait. After thirty minuites, they brought him out soaking wet and said he didn't like the dryer or the tub, which he has NEVER had a problem with before. It was our impression that they just took him outside and hosed him down. When we got him home, we realized that they did not clip his nails (a service we paid $20 for) and we called and they said they forgot and that we could drive him all the way back over there and they would do it for free instead of just refunding that amount. It was not the type of service i expect for close to $200.
