I loved loved loved my salesman, Stephan Tangu and would happily buy car after car from him. Unfortunately, the service department is very lacking. They rarely answer the phone, take forever to call back, don't call to let you know the status of your car, etc. The last time I brought my car in, they promised it for the end of the day, then didn't have it ready, then called me at home to tell me it was ready. I got there to pick it up, signed the paperwork, then waited about 15-20 minutes for them to bring my car around. When I went back inside to see what the problem was, they told me they thought I was gone already. FINALLY, I got my car back. They seem unprofessional and like they don't really give much of a rat's behind about customer service.
