Between me and my family, we have used Cajun Collision at least 3-4 times over the past 15+ years. They were recommended to us by 3 different people. You see, we live in Mississippi and trust no one else to do a better job. The trip to Baton Rouge is worth their expertise in body repair. Your returned product will match in paint, will not have over-spray and will simply look professionally taken care of. Kinda like letting your grand parents watch the little niece; you know she's been taken care of just as you would have taken care of your own.\r

What strikes us the most is that these guys are car buffs. They will sit and chat about cars and their love for them as long as you will listen. These guys have such passion for cars. For me, I do not see Cajun Collision as simply a repair shop. They take so much pride in their work and it's shown each time we've driven to Baton Rouge to have them work on our vehicles.\r

I would not trust my baby to anyone else around, including Texas or Mississippi. And definitely over ANY dealership. They care and focus on the details regarding your specific concerns and they take it very seriously. Your vehicle wil be treated like family; as if it were one of their own.\r

Without a doubt, these guys are dedicated to cars through-n-through and pride themselves in returning a pristine product back to their customers.\r

Last Wednesday, I visited this place of business and received a reasonable estimate for some minor work on my car. I left and went and got another estimate at another place, just in case, and then called Cajun Collision back that night to tell them that I wanted them to fix my car, if possible. I spoke to the receptionist, and she told me that she would tell someone who would order the parts, and they would call me back that night. No one ever called me back, so I called back the next day. I was told that I could bring my car in the following Tuesday, but call on the way. Still no problem.\r

On Tuesday morning, I called up there, as I was asked, and apparently the guy who was going to work on my car was in traffic or something, and that she would call me when she knew what was going on. Three hours later, I had to call back, and still, no one knew when I could come get my car fixed, and once again, I got a promise that someone would call me back. Another three hours later, I call back again, and speak to another woman. She doesn't know about my situation, promises me she'll find out, and call me back. Another three hours later, I call back a final time. Still speaking to the second woman, she tells me she doesn't really know what's going on, never really found out, and that I should call in the morning. I would have been happier if they told me that the parts didn't come in, something happened, or some kind of excuse for this happening.\r

It's unfortunate, I'm usually a fairly easy going person, but I was told to bring my car in on Tuesday, and now there's a problem, that no one decided to tell me about until I was on the way. No one can tell me what the deal is so that I understand the hold up, and no one knows when I can bring my car in all of a sudden. Two different people promised to call me back, and never did. Apparently this company doesn't need the business, so I told them I was going to take my car some where else.
