The brunch is incredible. There is usually a waiting line so be prepared. It is well worth it. One of my favorites is Maw Maw's Cajun breakfast. It is a bowl filled with rice, eggs, spicy sausage and potatoes. My other favorite dish is the Pan Pardou. This is a delectable version of French toast. Other entrees include Eggs Benedict and a variety of enormous crepes. The cocktails available compliment each dish. The prices are very reasonable. The service is excellent and colorful. Petunias is one of the few places that insisted on taking friends that visited. I always went for breakfast/brunch. The wait staff is anything but rude and if you timely service, New Orleans is the wrong place for you. About the only reason anyone wouldn't like this place, is if they were homophobic.
