Great experience, always meet or beat anybody else's prices, large selection, helpful if you are not happy with your selection, way better than a chain store. High quality merchandise and very knowledgeable.

The guys are Simpson really know their stuff. Their new store is amazing. When I was in the market for a new A/V reciever I shop all around and they beat Circuit City by $30 bucks on the same sony reciever!!

We visited Simpson's in November '07 and they were very helpful. Unknown to Simpson Electronics, we had purchased all of our home audio and visual equipment from other vendors. We were curious to understand our intstallation options and get ideas for a nice home theater set up. We learned a lot from Steven the sales rep on the floor at that time. He politely provided his business card. It's been four months and we finally decided to call Simpson's to assist with our home theater install. AMAZING WORK! Patrick and his partner came to our new home and turned our equipment into a work of ART! We thank the Simpson team for all their efforts and great service.

If you want to spend a lot of money, get snubbed because you don't want the best television, home theatre, and everything else then go to Simpson Electronics. They have no customer service skills, they push you to purchase and do not let you browse and they have no idea that some people are smarter about televisions and technology than they are. They threw several lies to me about comparable products, after I had done research STRAIGHT from the manufacturers. I do not reccommend Simpson Electronics.

They have a large selection of TV's and home theater systems. They do, however, have really high prices and the staff seems to think they are better than everyone else. They don't seem to concerned with your business, which is suprising since they need our money to keep their business open.
