Been with them for more than 17 years...  5 Star Rating - World class

Charles Hemmans and his wife, Sue, run a business with integrity, friendliness and expertise. When Katrina hit, I left N.O. and had to get a new State Farm agent. I felt as if I had lost family ! When I came home after 21 months, I tracked them down and found them right where they always were, after having lost both their business and their home !
They understand what you go through to rebuild, what you go through to deal with insurance companies. They were always the best, but now they are the best with the additional compassion and wisdom born of adversity.

Pros: professional, trustworthy, experienced
Cons: none that i have run across in 17+ years
