Very elegant lobby and pretty good location- easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see and several morning cofee shops. They said we were "upgraded" from what was supposed to be a room with 2 double beds. We ended up with one bed and a pull out sleeper sofa. It wasn't terrible but it wasn't clean- esp. the carpeting which turned our socks black. The first morning the maid service came in, $100 was stolen from inside a zipped purse that was inside a suitcase...the hotel was not considered liable because they offer a safety deposit box at the front desk. We opted out of maid service for the remainder of our stay.

We were so excited to stay here... The staff was hit or miss (some friendly/some definitely not), our room had the view of an AC unit (right by our window), the staff was inconsistant with our requests (it was like each staff member made up their own rules)... However, the location cannot be beat.

My wife, two kids and I had a nice, comfortable Junior Suite over looking the courtyard. All of the hotel staff were fun, friendly and helpful.
One block off of Jackson Square, this hotel is in a fantastic location.
The only drawback was their valet lot is 15-blocks away and takes up to 30-minutes to get your car.
Overall though, really a nice accommodations.
Pros: Terrific French Quarter location. Super friendly staff.
Cons: Allow ample time to get car from valet...
My wife and my self were there during the Hurricain and all I can say is ya'll are Awsome we Hope the best for you and your Family's. You all did more for us to help than the Goverment We Love ya all and Hope to stay with you again when the clean up is complete if we can do anything for you all let us know.
Pros: Great Staff, Hurricain Proof, Very Helpful
Air conditioner was not adequately cooling, they could not make it cooler, and did not put us in another room. Not the cleanest place I've stayed. Great location and that is about it.
