I would just like to point out that the previous reviewer called the day before the 4th of July, when nothing is open, vet or not. Also, I have heard this abrupt lady and she is a recorded message explaining how they are closed for Independence Day.
I have had nothing but good experiences with this vet, and so far I have had all three of my dogs taken care of there. They are closed on weekends, but the last time I checked they will still board your pet over a weekend.
Don't let the previous reviewers snap judgment after one pre-recorded phone call scare you away. This is a wonderful vet.

You can read my response to the 4th of July below. I must apologize for the message. It is hard to get all you need to say in the small amount of time the tape gives you, we will try to do better.

No longer accomodating

I just called them hoping to have them accommodate me like the other reviewer said they did and take in my cat on a Sunday, they don't. The lady on the phone was very abrupt and it was a disappointing experience. I just wanted to mention it here b/c the other review was misleading. They are not friendly and helpful.

I am so sorry we could not help you out on the July 4th holiday weekend. Our employees that admit boarders must have a day off as well. As for the other clients that we helped out, they made reservations way in advance. They were moving here from out of town, and I believe are in the Air Force. When they arrive, they must stay in the base hotel and can not keep their pets. So yes, we do make exceptions in these circumstances, I hope you can understand.

I'd go there again!

My kitty Andy was attacked by a dog, and he was in pretty bad shape. I didn't have an appointment and they saw him right away. I was even allowed to go back with the vet while talking about what we needed to do. Needless to say they made Andy all new again. They fell in love with Andy and he fell in love with them. Its a great place that cares about animals and is very clean.

We boarded our dog

When we moved here, we had no one to watch our large dog. We also were coming in on a Sunday, when everything is closed. We made a reservation, and as we got into town, we called the employee's cell and she met us there and showed us all around. We were also able to visit our pet and play with her in the back yard.

I love the Staff at this hospital. They have always taken care of any pet me or my family has had. My dogs (kids) love going there and visiting. The environment is clean. The staff is great. Staff members are ready and eager to help you out any way they can.

Compared to other vets in town their prices are usually below the average. Another great reason to check them out.

PROS: Great People, Good Pricing, Fast and courteous service

Our Base didn't have a Vet that is why we visited this Clinic. We had aquired a Dog and she had open Sores on her and we took her there for a Check-up and to make sure it wasn't anything serious. The Vet ran several pricy Tests and told me just to give the Dog Benedryl that she had a Allergic Reaction. He gave me some Tablets to give her. I was shocked when I paid the Bill because it was allot. Well the Dog got a little better but the Sores didn't go away. We chose to have her fixed because she was wild and we took her to another Clinic off Base. Come to find out the Dog had Red Mange which should have been treated wks ago.and would have shown up on the Tests that this Clinic ran :(
