terrible customer service. would never use again.

we used emile's for a funeral. were very disapointed. when we complained the owner was rude and very disrespectful.

I dont know how she gets any good reviews. she should lose her license.

The owner/manager lacks customer service skills. she gives new meaning to FLORAZILLA!!!!!!
I would NOT recommend this floral shop to anybody for anything. Go to Walmart!!!!!!

Emile's Floral Designs is the best floral business I have used. The staff is competent and helpful and the owner is always available as well. I have called several times since I am so busy and will ask for suggestions on something nice and have always received what I needed. I have referred this florist to my friends and family because I am confident that Emile's will deliver. I live on the East Bank so I usually do not have the opportunity to look at what I am ordering. I make a phone call and everything is taken care of. I send floral arrangements often and I always get a huge thank you and comments from the recipient regarding how lovely the arrangements were.

Emile's did the flowers for my only child's wedding ( a daughter) and although neither she nor I knew what we wanted, the owner of Emile's worked with us to make her wedding flowers exquisite. My daughter has been married a year and people are still talking about the flowers. You might say what is so incredible about flowers for a wedding, however, my daughter's wedding was held in Houston, Texas and Ms. Sweetwynne arranged to have all of the flowers delivered as well as the second line umbrellas that New Orleans is famous for.

If you are looking for world class service and floral designs, Emile's is the floral company for you!!!!

We were very sorry we used this florist. Flowers were almost dead and the lady didn't even say she was sorry. Wasted money. NEVER AGAIN!!!! highly recomend wal-mart... NEVER AGAIN!!!

I would recommend Emile's Floral Designs, Inc. to anyone that wants to be treated badly, loves dead flowers, is a glutton for bad service, and likes to deal with rude non professionals. Otherwise, I would recommend the local Walmart. You'll get better service and a better shopping experience!

This is the worst florist I have ever used. The flowers I purchased from Emile's Floral Designs were wilted. When I contacted Ms. Sweetwyne she was belligerent and and very disrespectful. I strongly advise is anyone planning to purchase flowers to avoid this florist completely. Please check the better business bureau website on this florist. I have filed a complaint and I am sure I wont be the only one. STAY VERY FAR AWAY !!!
