Eddies Bbq

We always look forward to my elk hunting trip to New Mexico every year, because we always stop at Eddie's on Airbase Rd going and coming. We love the ribs and the sides. The fried bread roll that comes with the meal is excellent- it reminds me of a beignet. The food is always good, and for the most part, the employees are friendly and efficient.
We used to eat at Luther's in Alex, but Eddie's has earned our business- Can't wait for October 13th- Meet us at Eddie's !!!!!

This isn't the best BBQ you can get, but you can try it and you might like it. There wasn't anything special about the meats or sides available which is usually what makes paying so much and going out for BBQ so great.
