Donovan's

C.F. Donovan's is a great neighborhood spot; perfect for families or just getting together for some comfort food with friends. Good selection of kids meals at a nice price (even steak tips and chicken parm). For adults, the steak salad is awesome, as is the lobster mac and cheese (appetizer is big enough for a meal). Good beer selection on tap and nice bar setting to watch a game. Can be little noisy and get there early on weekends because it gets crowded. Also seats big groups well.

Wonderful place but be prepared to wait.... apps are great wine is wonderful, just have some patience with the waitstaff there isn't very many of them and the place is always packed. I don't remember the gentleman's name who owns the place but he always there and is always ready to accommodate, great date restaurant the noise level is great so there is never a quiet (awkward) moment!

took the in laws here, along with my mother. We all enjoyed the place. the food was great, the menu was huge, the servings were even bigger- so i definitly suggest sharing! we started off with some wine, had our entrees - may i suggest the sirloin tips? and ended the night with some of the yummiest strawberry shortcake I have had in a long time. actually since my days growing up in the midwest!
