When a salon has high pricing such as JC Penney Salon, you expect high quality. I spent just under a $100 for highlighting foils alone! It took 2.5 hrs to get minimal results and I was pushed aside to take the next customer. Yes, the company is willing to hire students from surrounding vocational schools to give them experience, but that's practice with your hair! They don't tell you that! Unfortunately, I was an unsatisfied customer and when I asked to come back for it to be fixed, I got the run around that they couldn't get me in for weeks. If you want to feel good and look good, don't go here!
