I had a cleaning as a first-time visit. Hygenist bullied me into unnecessary x-rays (mine were recent and being sent from former dentist). She vigorously scraped twice! - at a sensitive tooth I had told her to leave alone. She scraped at it again right after I told her to stop, inserted her pick between my teeth, and tried to pull the filling out. A friend who went to this office had a hygienist cause canker sores by very roughly and clumsily inserting the x-ray fillm into my friend's mouth.

Dr. Rosenthal gave no oral hygiene instruction and barely looked at the x-rays just taken. This is a drill and fill office, and possibly one where the hygienists deliberately cause problems to generate more revenue. I'd advise - stay away completely.
