The staff are not particularly punctual about opening and closing times and have on multiple occasions shown up more than half an hour after the shop officially opens at 8:30 a.m. The haircuts vary by stylist but are generally quite acceptable. When I was a student at MIT, I did occasionally encounter students who claimed to have gotten a bad haircut here, but I have never had that experience, and it has been over 10 years since I graduated.
